Founded in 2014, SNR is a specialized medical speech pathology practice serving adults across northeastern Oklahoma with expertise in swallowing, voice, and neurological rehabilitation.

Swallow Rehab

Several highly specialized rehabilitation programs for acute and severe chronic dysphagia, including neuromuscular electrical stimulation,

myofascial release, lymphedema management, and more.

Voice Therapy

Individualized evidence-based voice treatment options for vocal pathologies (muscle tension dysphonia, nodules, vocal cord dysfunction etc.) and progressive medical conditions that affect the voice, such as Parkinson's disease.

Speech/Language & Cognitive Therapy

Individualized speech, language, and cognitive-linguistic rehabilitation following a stroke, brain injury, dementia diagnosis, or other injury or condition affecting functional communication or cognitive skills.

SNR was founded by Tiffany Turner, M.S., CCC-SLP, BCS-S, a speech-language pathologist who earned Board Certification in Swallowing and Swallowing Disorders, an advanced distinction held by only a select number of clinicians. This credential represents the highest level of specialized expertise in the management of complex swallowing disorders.
