This is a free PDF of Fowler's Vocal Cord Dysfunction Questionnaire. This is a great tool for helping to tease out PVFM/ VCD from other related conditions. Remember, difficulty INHALING is key. We have patient education handouts and rescue breathing strategies/ exercises also available in a separate download that frequently we use with these patients at our clinic.
